How To Organize Your Business By Improving Your Organizational Skills

There are so many of us that can be making more money from just being organized. I use to be that person. My head was all over the place and I still needed more time to finish what I started.

I spent more time going over stats, income, and leads and couldn't understand why my production went down. The more I did the more I fell behind. I realized I didn't have a system in place .

When you're learning any system you follow steps with directions. But when you know it all and your job becomes second nature you feel you no longer have the need to keep track and tabs on your production. You just look for the next check.

When you just become satisfied with the next check your production goes down.Get into the practice of measuring your productivity. The money will come.

6 Tips To Improving Your Organizational Skills

  1. Spend at least two hours on one day in a certain time to make yourself a
    weekly work schedule.
  2. Calculate how many people you should be talking to to
    make your money grow.
  3. Reach out to at least 5-10 people everyday.
  4. Keep records of each meeting for following up.
  5. Set a time period when you are to see/call prospects everyday.
  6. Make a chart that reflects your progress everyday.

Do not alter this plan. Your production will go up each month as you add on to your organized chart.The more efficient you become the more you will achieve. The most successful salesperson is the one that is organized. Time management is a skill every needs to learn.

By neglecting to follow up you can fail.You can't effectively follow up while unorganized.
