Now that you have your bathroom all spotless, how do you remove the stains from the bathroom tile grout? Just when we think we are doing our duties in our home correctly our tile grout is yellow in our beautiful bathroom.

When you are taking a shower and realize that you tiles are yellowing you immediately stop enjoying that refreshing shower and want to cure the problem. You will not enjoy another shower or bath until this problem of stained grout is resolved.

What causes the grout to become stained even though you clean you bathroom every week? It could be the quality of water. Water will leave deposits anywhere water flows from, such as shower heads and faucets.

There are also residues that gradually build up in neighboring tiles and grout that become hard to remove. It is almost invisible on tiles but is more yellowing on the grout. There are tile cleaners that may work better on smooth tiles but grout is a little different. You may have to use a little more elbow grease to remove the stains.

How To Remove Stains From Bathroom Grout Without Re-grouting

1. Spray on your favorite grout cleaner. I have successfully use Arm & Hammer Cleanser with Bleach.
2. Allow cleaner to sit for several minutes. You may have to reapply depending on the area you are working on. But first spray on all stained tiles to allow cleaner to absorb into the stain.
3. Use a toothbrush to work cleaner into the stained area. You might want to grab a friend or spouse to help finish quicker. I have found a great toothbrush that has a strong and long battery life and is not too expensive (Oral-B Pulsar). Get the firm or medium Oral-B Pulsar toothbrush for greater results. I've had that toothbrush for 3 months and the battery still works.(only for cleaning). I use it around my sink faucets also! Soak in peroxide overnight after use.

After you have cleaned your tile and grout you will want to cut down bacteria by spraying your shower tiles and tub with peroxide after showers. This is great to do after every shower or bath. You will cut down on spreading fungal and itchy feet when sharing showers.

Cleaning the bathroom tile grout does't not have to be a weekly project but depending your water (hard) you may experience the staining due to no fault of your own or a cleanse that stains gradually after cleaning. These tips should work famously for you as they do for me. Happy Cleaning!
