Finding the fastest way to lose belly fat has been a problem for some of us our whole life and it is no wonder how we can ever get thin and trim today. We are bombarded with incredibly delectable foods on commercials, billboard and magazine.

I believe if we became more knowledgeable about bad fats and how our body works with food we can do a whole lot better.

We most likely blame our unfit bodies on our body types and family genes. The fact is our body can continue to be pumped with the same foods we ate when we were younger. As we grow older our body changes for the worst and processes food differently. We are affected mentally and physically from eating wrong for our age.

In short if we produce insulin(grow belly fat) we are gaining weight. If we produce HSL(burn belly fat) we are losing weight.
